Villa Yvisa has a fenced-in swimming pool and a boules pitch. Several outdoor "terrace corners" have been designed for your comfort: a large garden table in the shade of century-old trees, a dining area in front of the kitchen with a breathtaking view of the Baronnies, and garden furniture for relaxing moments.
The air-conditioned villa has 5 bright bedrooms, each with its own bathroom. It comprises 2 levels, each communicating with the outside:

The house's main entrance opens onto a vast 90m² living space, bathed in light with its bay windows all around the house, facing south with access to the terrace, garden and swimming pool. This large room comprises a living room, dining room and spacious open kitchen with central island. Whether it's the panoramic view of the Baronnies on the terrace side of the kitchen, the wooded garden on the south side, the exotic patio on the west side, or the view of the Château and the Théâtre Antique de Vaison la Romaine on the pool side, this villa is set in the heart of the Provencal vegetation and is completely unoverlooked. You'll also find 3 bedrooms on this level:

LOCATION:
The house is 500 meters from all amenities (supermarket, bakery, etc.) and 2 km from the center of Vaison la Romaine and its festivities:
Its location is the ideal starting point for cycling enthusiasts wishing to conquer Mont Ventoux, or to explore the many small Provencal villages perched on the hills (Séguret, Sablet, Rasteau, Gigondas, Beaumes de Venise...).
Culture buffs can visit the Roman ruins and the Théâtre Antique, where music and dance festivals are held throughout the summer.
Epicureans will appreciate the wine route and the many wineries in the region (cellar tours, tastings, etc.).
