Charming 60m² single-storey bastidon with exceptional views over the Provencal countryside, vineyards, olive grove and avenue of century-old umbrella pines.
This traditional house features an entrance hall with ample storage space and separate toilet, a bright, fully-equipped kitchen overlooking the garden, a large bedroom with closet and hotel-style bedding (king-size bed 180x200 cm) and en-suite bathroom (shower), a living/dining room opening onto the park with a large sofa that converts into a bed.
Located close to the estate's swimming pool, it is very bright and faces east-west, allowing you to enjoy magnificent sunsets over the Provencal countryside, its olive trees and the estate's vineyards.
Its garden furniture lets you relax in the shade of the olive trees.
