1.5 kilometres from the centre city, Carpe Diem campsite provides panoramic views over the medieval castle in Vaison-la-Romaine. Thanks to its swimming pools, one of which is heated and covered, its activities and its Roman-themed decoration, Carpe Diem is a real change of pace for a relaxing holiay. The Carpe Diem campsite is a great atmosphere and lifestyle! Here there is something for everyone, and for all ages. There are rentals under the shade of the olive trees, furnished Bengali tents, and a funny little house in wood, perched high above the ground, called the Marteau Pilon.

At Carpe Diem, holiday makers find everything then need - all the services, the restaurant, pizzeria, bread and croissants, washing machines press...

Carpe Diem is also heaven on earth for children. In the summertime, the children's mini-club prepares and offers lots of supervised activities.
Close by you will find stables, tennis, bicycle rentals, canoes and major sites to visit. The Roman ruins are right on hand and must not be missed. All around, beautiful country roads through vineyards and olive groves take you to Mont Ventoux, where countless hiking paths and mountain biking opportunities await. Ideal for cyclo-touring also.
