Three vagabonds invent a game to taste the delights of power, but find themselves irretrievably trapped by all the perverse temptations that this practice makes available to them. The author reviews the major political systems with humor, poetry and no trace of bitterness. He deals sagaciously with injustice, abuse of power and discrimination. He makes us smile with simplicity. His world is funny, touching, relevant and human.
