Trio SR9 appropriates the essence of Johann Sebastian Bach's music to convey a new energy and reading.
Through transcriptions by Sergei Rachmaninov, Robert Schumann, Bach himself or those of these formidable musicians, the concert program highlights the rhythmic, percussive character of his music, while blending an enchanting, poetic universe. It reveals even more of the richness of the percussion keyboards and the Cantor's timeless writing.
