Created in 2003, the Tour Cycliste Féminin International de l'Ardèche has grown over the years to become one of the biggest women's events in the world, in terms of the number of stages.The 23rd edition takes place from September 9 to 14.
Stage 3 starts from Avignon on September 11 and reaches Pernes-les-Fontaines (119 km).
