Event at Avignon :
The City of Avignon presents a Provençal church of amazing dimension, with several hundred hand-painted terra cotta santons in an beautiful setting.
The Provencal crib is a large scene representing traditional Provencal life, featuring trades, typical characters and buildings. Different scenes come to life before your eyes, thanks to the skills of the santonniers. A small artisans' Christmas market.
This magical place offers creative workshops for children throughout the season, as well as a small farm on the forecourt for the enjoyment of young and old alike. A merry-go-round is also available, creating a festive atmosphere to share with family and friends. Check the program for dates of events.
