Tourist information, exhibitions and sale of local products (wine and spirits). Several appellations (Sablet, Séguret, Plan de Dieu, Gigondas, Vacqueyras and Rasteau ) from 17 private winemakers and the Sablet cooperative winery are offered. The prices match the producers' own rates.

From 01/01 to 28/02 on Wednesday, Thursday, Friday and Saturday between 10 am and 12.30 pm and between 3 pm and 6.30 pm. Closed on Monday, Tuesday and Sunday.
From 01/03 to 30/06 on Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday and Saturday between 10 am and 1 pm and between 2.30 pm and 6.30 pm. Closed on Monday and Sunday.
Closed exceptionally on May 1st.
From 01/07 to 30/09 daily between 9 am and 1 pm and between 2 pm and 7 pm.
From 01/10 to 31/12 on Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday and Saturday between 10 am and 1 pm and between 2.30 pm and 6.30 pm. Closed on Monday and Sunday.
Closed exceptionally on December 25th.
