2:15 pm Move to the neighboring plot bordered by forest. Observation and search for species beneficial to the vines.
4:00 pm: Meeting with Gaël Blanc, owner of Domaine Talès, with a presentation of his vineyard, his growing methods and his wines, and wine tasting.
