The activity at Saint-Didier :
Several times a year, we take you to our almond orchards to show you how this iconic tree of Provence is grown.
Come and discover the farmers-nougat-makers network with Philippe or Jean Silvain, who will guide you through the family almond orchards to learn more about the history of this tree, its characteristics, and our organic farming methods. Afterwards, return to the nougat factory for a tasting of Silvain's specialties.
